How to view and subscribe to a report?
Step 1: Navigate to the “Reports” tab.
Step 2: Click on the down arrow key
Step 3: View a report.
Step 4: Filter the report (optional)
Step 5: Export the report
Step 6: Subscribe to a report
Step 7: Select a team member from the list.
Step 8: Choose the subscription frequency
Step 9: Add more user(s) if required
Step 10: Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

To explore various types of reports, click the arrow key to view the reports in different subcategories.
The available reports include Service Performance Reports, Financial Reports, Agent Performance Reports, and Operational Efficiency Reports.
Step 3: View a report.
In this example, we will see how to view the “Visit Summary Report.”
Click on the “View” option.
Step 4: Filter the report (optional)
Filter the report by selecting the date range, Client, Assignee, and Visit Status. Click “Reset” to reset the filters
Step 5: Export the report
The report can also be exported in XLX, XLSX, or PDF formats.
Step 6: Subscribe to a report

Click on the “Subscribe” option.
Step 7: Select a team member from the list.
Choose a team member from the drop down list.
Step 8: Choose the subscription frequency
You may choose a subscription frequency - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Let’s subscribe to this report on a monthly basis (as an example)
Step 9: Add more user(s) if required
You can click “Add User” to include more recipients if needed.
Step 10: Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
You’ve now successfully subscribed to the Equipment Service Tracking Report.
