Syanpro - Overview

Step 1: Add a new client

Start by adding the client to your Syanpro account. This is the customer for whom the service will be performed.

Click “New client” and provide required information Add client details and save it

Step 2. Create a service request

After adding the client: Create a new service request detailing the job requirements.

Schedule the request either immediately or for a future date. Optionally, you can also set up a contract with the client during this step.

If required, the service request can be shared with the client for confirmation.

Step 3. Convert to quote

Once the client confirms the service request: Convert the request into a quote and send it via email for approval.

The client can review and approve the quote electronically. Alternatively, once verbal or written confirmation is received, you can manually mark the quote as approved.

Step 4. Schedule a job

Upon approval, the quote is automatically converted into a job. You can now: Schedule the job as a one-time task or set it as a recurring service.

Assign one or more team members to the job, selecting one as the primary agent.

Step 5. Field execution via mobile app

Assigned jobs become visible to team members through the Syanpro mobile app, which must be installed on their devices. Field staff can: Update the job status in real-time.

Collect the client’s digital signature upon job completion, if required.

Step 6. Monitor and manage

As an admin, you can: Monitor job progress live from your dashboard.

Ensure tasks are being executed as planned.

7. Invoicing and payment

After job completion: Generate an invoice Send invoice to client Once payment is received, update the system to “Confirm Payment.”
