How to return an allocated Product?

Steps for Field Agent

Step 1:

Open the mobile app and tap on the “Inventory” icon.

The products assigned to the field agent will be displayed.

Step 2:

Tap on “Return Products.”

Step 3:

Select the product you wish to return.

Enter the quantity to be returned.

Step 4:

Tap on “Request return” to submit the request.

Step 5:

(Optional) Tap on “View your return request” to see the list of submitted requests.

Steps for Admin

Step 6:

Once the return request is submitted, the admin receives a notification.

The admin can review the request and choose to Approve or Reject it.

Step 7:

If approved, a confirmation message will appear.

Click “Yes” to confirm and approve the return request.
