How to add a Time sheet for a team member?

Step 1: Open the workforce section

Click on the “Work Force” tab.

Step 2: Go to timesheets

Select the “Timesheets” option.

Step 3: Add a new time entry

Click on “+ Add Time.”

Step 4: Select a team member

From the drop-down list, choose the team member for whom you want to add the timesheet. For example, select Alex Mathew, a call center agent.

Step 5: Choose an activity

Select an activity category.

By default, you will see a category named “General.”

Select General if no other activity is required.

Step 6: Pick the date

Choose the date for the timesheet entry.

Step 7: Enter the working hours

Set the start time, ensuring you select AM or PM.

Next, set the end time and again specify AM or PM.

Step 8: Add a message (optional)

If needed, type in a short message or note for the entry.

Step 9: Add multiple time entries (optional)

To add more than one time entry, click “New line” and fill in the details again.

Step 10: Save the timesheet

Once all details are entered, click Save.

A new timesheet has now been created successfully.
