How to edit client details?
Step 1: Open the Clients tab
Step 2: Edit client
Step 3: Update the client’s name (if needed)
Step 4: Edit the email ID
Step 5: Update the mobile number
Step 6: Review and update additional ID details
Step 7: Change the client’s location
Step 8: Update the location by typing the new address
Step 9: Update location on the map
Step 10: Double‑check the changes
Step 11: Save changes
Step 1: Open the Clients tab
From the main menu, click Clients to open the clients list.
Step 2: Edit client
Find the client you want to edit and click the three‑dots menu at the top‑right of the client’s name.
Choose Edit from the menu to open the client edit screen.
Step 3: Update the client’s name (if needed)
Edit the Name field to correct or update the client’s name.
Step 4: Edit the email ID
Locate the Email field and enter the new email address. (Example: replace the old address with the new one.)
Step 5: Update the mobile number
Enter the client’s current mobile number in the Mobile field.
Step 6: Review and update additional ID details
Check ID Type, ID number, and VAT number fields and update them if required.
Step 7: Change the client’s location
Change client location by clicking on “Proceed to Update Location”
Step 8: Update the location by typing the new address
To update the location, type the new address
Step 9: Update location on the map
Drag the marker pin on the map to the correct position.
Step 10: Double‑check the changes
If you want to review your edits before final save, click Back to return to the previous screen and re‑check the details.
Step 11: Save changes
When everything is correct, click Save changes to finalize the update.
